Terms of Use

1. ASIPTV is a media player

ASIPTV is software for playing and organizing media sources supplied by you. ASIPTV does not provide television channels, IPTV subscriptions, playlists, movies, shows, sports streams, or other media content.

2. Your media sources

You are responsible for every playlist, provider account, URL, credential, and media source you add. You must have all rights and permissions required to access and play that material. You may not use ASIPTV to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, use stolen credentials, or violate applicable law or a provider agreement.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ASIPTV on supported devices you own or control, subject to these terms. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not redistribute, resell, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract ASIPTV source code.

4. Premium, trials, and subscriptions

Premium unlocks digital ASIPTV player functionality. Available plans, prices, trial terms, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation controls, refunds, and taxes are shown by the payment provider or store before purchase. Eligible direct trials convert to the selected paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Website purchases are processed by Stripe. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and managed by the applicable store when required.

5. Accounts and linked devices

You are responsible for keeping your ASIPTV account and linked devices secure. Do not share passwords or device-activation credentials. ASIPTV may revoke sessions or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect an account, enforce device limits, respond to abuse, or maintain service integrity.

6. Cross-platform entitlement

When supported, an active Premium entitlement can be recognized across ASIPTV devices signed into the same account. Payment and subscription-management options may differ by platform. Restoring a store purchase requires verification with the relevant store and ASIPTV access service.

7. Account deletion and subscriptions

You can permanently delete your ASIPTV account in the app or at /delete-account. Deleting the account removes ASIPTV server-side account data and signs out linked devices. Direct ASIPTV website billing linked to the deleted account is cancelled as part of deletion. Deleting an ASIPTV account does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; those subscriptions must be managed with the relevant store.

8. Acceptable use

You may not attack, probe, disrupt, automate unauthorized access to, or attempt to defeat security or device-limit controls of ASIPTV. You may not use the service to distribute malware, commit fraud, or violate another person's rights.

9. Privacy and provider credentials

Provider credentials remain on your devices and are not stored in your ASIPTV account. ASIPTV account and billing data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party providers, stores, payment processors, and authentication services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Availability and third-party services

ASIPTV may change supported platforms, technical requirements, or service components over time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party networks, media providers, stores, authentication services, or user-supplied streams.

11. No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, ASIPTV is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every user-supplied provider, stream format, network, or device will work continuously or without errors. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASIPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, loss of access to a third-party provider, or content supplied by you or another third party. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Copyright and rights notices

ASIPTV does not host or sell the media sources you add. If you believe ASIPTV software or ASIPTV-controlled material infringes your rights, contact support@asiptv.app with enough information for us to review the claim.

14. Termination

You may stop using ASIPTV at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, fraud, security abuse, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a material change requires renewed acceptance, ASIPTV may present the updated terms in the app before continued use. The current version and effective date are also posted on this page.

16. Severability and language

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Translations may be provided for convenience; where permitted by law, the English version controls if versions differ.
